Some of our items are made-to-order, which means that different terms and conditions will apply. If you have pre-ordered an item, please note that it will only be shipped once it has been printed or produced. Don’t worry, we will always communicate the timelines to you clearly in the item’s description.
If you have pre-ordered an artwork, production will commence within the next 2-4 working days. We understand that international shipping can come with its own challenges, which is why we want to let you know that you may be liable to pay additional duty and import charges if your artwork is being shipped internationally. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fee.

We understand that once you receive your print, you want to keep it in the best condition possible. That’s why we’ve put together some tips on how to care for your print once it’s been delivered to you.
When you receive your print, we recommend taking it out of the tube package as soon as possible. It’s best to avoid keeping it rolled up for too long. Instead, place it between cardboard or gently weigh it down on the corners to keep it flat. This will help to preserve the quality of your print.
It’s also important to keep your print in a safe environment. Extreme temperatures and humidity can damage your print, so it’s best to keep it in a place where the temperature is normal. To further protect your print, we encourage you to frame it behind glass. This will not only keep it safe but also preserve its original quality and appearance.
At Blue Wash Limited, we recommend framing your prints with Art Glass. Art Glass is a high-quality glass that enhances the true colors and texture of your print, while also keeping it safe from harm.
