We at Blue Wash Limited understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a positive experience shopping with us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please email us at info@bluewash.art with your order details and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it. To make sure that your order cancellation request is processed as quickly as possible, please include the following in the subject line of your email: “ORDER CANCELLATION + [order number]”. This will help us to identify your request and process it promptly.

Please note that if you cancel your order after the 2-hour period or after it has been shipped, the item will need to be returned according to our standard return policy, and the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, and we want to accommodate that as much as possible. However, in the case of a change of heart, we kindly ask that the buyer covers the cost of return shipping.

To initiate the return process, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting us at info@bluewash.art and stating “RETURN + [order number]” as the email subject for the return. Please note that items sent without notifying us first will not be accepted for return.

Please make sure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags preserved, unused and unworn, and in its original packaging. To help us process your return, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or unauthentic products

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Blue Wash Limited, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged during transit. If this happens, we want to make sure that the return process is as easy and hassle-free as possible for you.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate the return process, please email us at info@bluewash.art with your order details and photo proof of the damage. We will then assess the damage and let you know if the item needs to be returned.

If the item needs to be returned, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the artwork back to us. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs in this case.

UNAUTHENTIC PRODUCTS

If for any reason your purchased item is substantially different from its description or is found to be inauthentic, you can return it for a refund.

To begin the return process, email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@bluewash.art and our friendly team will send you a prepaid return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent without notifying us first will not be accepted for return.

In case of any defect, please send a photo to info@bluewash.art to specify the issue.

Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your item and would like to exchange it, we recommend initiating the return process as soon as possible. This will ensure that you can quickly and easily get the item you want instead.

To initiate the return process, please follow the instructions provided above and contact us at info@bluewash.art. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This will be the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome and let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We appreciate your patience in this matter and rest assured that we will do everything we can to make sure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.
