In case an item purchased through Blue Wash Limited is substantially different from its description or is found to be inauthentic, it may be returned. In order to receive a refund, you must notify Blue Wash of your intention to return the item within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Please choose “not as received” when stating the reason for the return. Additionally, you must notify Blue Wash within 30 (thirty) days if the item has been found inauthentic. Right of return applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags preserved and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.
To issue a return, you can contact Blue Wash at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, Blue Wash will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without requisition a return first will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in case you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to us.
